Refund & Return Policy

At Forged Remnant, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms described below.
Return Period
We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@forgedremnant.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@forgedremnant.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@forgedremnant.com.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition it was received and returned in original packaging.
