ABOUT FORGED REMNANT
Forged Remnant wasn't born from a business plan—it was born from a bloodline of sacrifice, a childhood spent among the clouds, and an unshakeable belief that eternity matters more than earthly comfort.
My grandfather, Colonel Barney Barnwell, gave over 30 years of his life to defending this nation in the United States Air Force. He flew the P-51 Mustang, the F-100 Super Sabre, and the F-101 Voodoo—machines of freedom that required courage, precision, and an iron will.
He served as squadron leader at Buckley Air Force Base, went on to train future pilots as an instructor at the Air Force Academy, and later became chief pilot for Continental Airlines. My grandfather helped shape the men who would go on to lead—instilling in them the values that keep America strong. I grew up in the cockpit before I ever got behind the wheel of a car, learning early that freedom isn't free—it's fought for, bled for, and passed down through generations willing to stand in the gap.
But our family's legacy isn't just about military service. It's about something eternal.
